RTS are a service oriented company with field sales consultants and technical support staff providing a comprehensive service to clients throughout Great Britain. 

RTS system service and support options include:

Information & Advice

When you contact RTS one of our technical consultants will discuss your requirements and, if required, offer advice and system recommendations.

We will gladly fax, e-mail or post information, product literature or written quotations, and, should you wish to discuss your requirements in more detail, you are welcome to visit our offices by appointment or our sales consultants will visit you at your premises. We provide initial on-site consultation completely free of charge.

System Demonstrations

As the choice of equipment becomes increasingly more complex, we recommend and actively encourage prospective purchasers to request demonstrations of systems prior to ordering.

RTS willingly undertake system demonstrations by appointment at our Brighton showrooms or on client's premises.

 

Operator Training

RTS can provide operator instruction at the time of supply and offer training on systems application software either at our Brighton offices or on-site at client's premises.

Application Software  Support

RTS provide front line support on all application software provided with our systems - software support options being included with RTS 'Care' Contracts. 

Software support is available by telephone or e-mail during office hours.

Telephone Technical Support

RTS provide telephone technical support on all systems as standard.  

Our technical support staff are available to provide advice and assistance during office hours and outside office hours by prior arrangement.

RTS 'Care' Contracts

Having made what could well be a considerable investment in technically sophisticated equipment, we understand our clients’ right to expect every confidence in the products we supply and the after-sales service we provide.

As equipment increases in complexity the provision of professional support services has never been so important. Reliance on manufacturer's parts and labour warranties seldom affords the purchaser complete peace of mind - often excluding on-site repair or an urgent response when the unpredictable occurs.

RTS System Service 'Care' Contracts provide a choice of cost effective cover that protects your investment, eliminates any future hardware failure replacement costs and gives you budgetary control and complete peace of mind.

We realize that clients have varying abilities or in-house technical assistance and offer a choice of support services to suit individual circumstances and budgets. RTS 'Care' Contracts provide for return-to-base or on-site call-out options. All parts and labour charges are included, with priority parts loan or replacement options (avoiding reliance on manufacturers standard repair times) for applications where downtime in the event of component failure is critical. 

The Contracts include telephone technical support as standard and system application software telephone support options are included.

Contracts commence from the date of purchase of the equipment on an annually renewable basis. Long term fixed price Contracts for periods up to 5 years are also available.

Contract charges are subject to individual quotation, dependant on the level of support required and final system specification.
